Stage 1 — Pre-Internship Process

Inquiry → Counseling → Offer letter → Batch formation → Welcome message

Internship kit: docs, tutorials, sample projects

Weekly review meetings, progress tracking sheet, mid-internship evaluation
Final project submission and optional presentation day
